Our Story

The Lord has been pressing on our hearts for a while now. Kristina worked as the outreach pastor for Unison Christian Church in Grand Rapids, MI. She has been working with other ministries in their weekly outreach program. After some time, we started thinking about what these individuals do after using the shower truck. “Do they just put their dirty clothes back on?” Yep. There are free services where you can bring your clothes and wash them, but most don’t have the means to travel there. After attending several conferences in 2022, it was abundantly clear that God had a plan for our lives and being part of helping these individuals. Chuck started on the design of the trailers and how to literally bring a “TON” of water to supply the trailer. We will start with one mobile laundry unit and will continue expansion to shower units and, even ADA-accessible units. We will service the Greater Grand Rapids area and also the surrounding communities. Over the past year, we have been in the process of forming a 501(c)(3) corporation, and as of May 2024, it is official. When you donate, you can be assured that it is a tax-deductible donation.
